Cassie Perez Gardner
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) · CADCDo you feel stuck between who you were and who you're becoming?
I work with adults navigating significant life transitions — such as divorce, grief, recovery, or a shift in identity. On the outside, you might be functioning well, yet internally feel overwhelmed or unsure of who you are becoming. You may be grieving a version of yourself, questioning long-held beliefs or roles, or feeling disconnected from your sense of direction. What you want is not just to cope, but to understand yourself more deeply, feel grounded again, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and aligned.
You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Wherever you're starting from, there's a path forward, and I'd be honored to walk it with you.
How I Work
My approach is trauma-informed and relational, rooted in connection, presence, and nervous system awareness. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I bring genuine warmth and curiosity to every session.
I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other supportive practices to help clients feel grounded, make sense of change, and move toward a fuller, more authentic life. Sessions are conducted via secure telehealth for Idaho residents.
Training & Credentials
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master of Social Work degree, trained in EMDR, and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). I approach substance use through a trauma-informed, relational lens — understanding that addiction is often deeply intertwined with pain, identity, and unmet needs.
